Sterilizers
Our 3,400 sq. ft. facility houses four 3M 8XL sterilizers and two 3M GS8X sterilizers with room to add 4 more to meet future needs.
BLSS operates 3M Steri-Vac sterilizers maintaining the capacity to keep queue times to a minimum.
3M Steri-Vac 8XL
Designed to be a workhorse, these sterilizers have been installed in hospitals and commercial facilities world-wide. The system uses a fixed-volume, single-use EO cartridge to assure safe dispensing of a consistent amount of sterilant, every time. It is highly regarded for safety, consistency, and reliability among both users and regulatory bodies. BLSS maintains a preventive maintenance program with 3M, assuring minimum down time.
3M Steri-Vac GS8X
This new and upgraded version of the 8XL builds on 3M’s experience in hospital and industrial settings with their XL series of sterilizers. The GS8X operates similarly to the 8XL with improved ability to fine tune sterilization parameters for cycle development studies.
